The St. Charles County Department of Community Health and the Environment is responsible
for assuring the regular inspection of food service establishments in St. Charles County.
Currently the Department regularly inspects all such establishments except within the
corporate limits of St. Peters.
Inspections are based on a starting score of 100 with points deducted during the
inspection for various items found to be in need of correction. The number of points
deducted is related to the potential seriousness of the deficiency. St. Charles County does
not post a letter score.

SEARCH TIPS:
- If you wish to look at the entire list of licensed food establishments
simply click on search without entering any business name.
- Enter Business Name
- If you are unsure of a name, enter as much of the name as you know.
For example, entering "Ma" will return search results for every business listed starting with the
letters "MA".
- If you do not know the full name of the business, try entering a few letters with a %
sign before the letters.
For example, entering "%izza" will return a list of businesses that have "izza" somewhere in their
name.
- The less you enter of a name, the more results you will get from your search.
