Renovations are moving forward at the Health Department building
at 1650 Boone's Lick Road in St. Charles!
During the project, many services will be temporarily relocated to accommodate construction. Here is the latest information as of September 12, 2008.
- Vital Records (Birth and Death Certificates) : Services have temporarily moved to the lower level of the new administrative area. Patrons can access Vital Records through the doors on the southwest corner, closest to Boone's Lick Road. Signs are posted to direct you to the new location.
- WIC: Services have moved to a temporary location at 400 N. 2nd St. in downtown St. Charles. The facility is located just north of the County Courts Administration building, with ample off–street parking for clients. For more information, call (636) 949–7402 to confirm the location.
- mmunizations: Clinic has moved to its new location on the lower level. Access is through the single door in the center of the building on the east side.
- Health/STD: Clinic has moved to its new location on the lower level. Access is through the double doors on the northeast corner of the building.
- Environmental Public Health: For restaurant and daycare inspections, food service permits, and other services, use the double doors in the center of the building on the west side
